Our Work

Testimonials

Before I became involved with Janaadhikarasamithi, I felt like my concerns and the challenges faced by my community were overlooked. The socio-political awareness programs offered by JAS, such as the Intellectual and Awareness Sessions, opened my eyes to the issues we face as BC communities, like under-representation in political spaces and unemployment challenges. These sessions highlighted the steps we can take to address them, including advocating for better reservations and skill development. Shri P. Narahari's unwavering dedication and passion for our cause inspired me deeply.  Today, I am actively contributing to raising awareness and advocating for our rights.

Kothapalli Rajesh

JAS Volunteer

JAS has been a transformative experience for me. Programs like the Leader Development Bootcamps not only educated me on the leadership skills necessary to raise issues faced by BC communities but also empowered me to take action. The bootcamps covered crucial topics such as poll management, understanding the legal system, and engaging with social media, which have been invaluable in my advocacy efforts. Shri P. Narahari's mentorship has been a beacon of hope; his guidance through these programs and his personal encouragement helped me realize that I could make a difference. I now feel confident and motivated to work towards the upliftment of my community through active participation and awareness campaigns.

Madeti Anjali

Youth Leader

In our ongoing struggle for BC empowerment, JAS has emerged as a crucial ally. Their dedication to raising awareness through initiatives like the Atmiya Sabhas—which directly engaged with various backward caste groups including Mudiraj, Yadav, and Goud—has been nothing short of inspiring. These sessions gave us a platform to discuss our issues in political, social, and economic spheres, while also helping us to raise these concerns more effectively in the public domain. Additionally, programs like the Ambedkar Gyana Mala have deepened our understanding of Dr. B R Ambedkar’s ideals of liberty and equality. The representations JAS has made to the government and their role in organizing impactful press conferences have given our movement new momentum.
